• Please be 100% sure before purchasing something from our shop. For minor customers, please let your parents know before ordering anything to avoid problems.• Pay your balance on time. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in a penalty of 50 pesos every exceeding day. Failure to pay a week after the final deadline will result in the customer's order being cancelled and will be classified as a bogus buyer and will not be entertained in future transactions.• NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. For cancelled orders of secured items, a cancellation fee of half of the original price of the item you ordered will be requested from you. Failure to pay the fee will result in the customer being classified as a bogus buyer and will not be entertained in future transactions.• Please insert a proof of payment/transaction in the link provided in the order confirmation sent to your email address.• Delays may occur in shipping, especially during the shipping from Korea to the Philippines, so please be patient in waiting for your orders. Frequent updates will be posted to prevent the buyers from worrying.• The shop will not be liable for any damage and loss once the item has been given over to the courier.• A packing video or photo proof of your order will be taken and sent to you to ensure that all the items are complete.• Additional fees like poster tube, packaging fee,and local shipping fee can be paid upon the arrival of the items.• Complaints will not be entertained if there are no video of unboxing of the package, if not, the complaint will be invalid.
